Our Mission
Bencar Building began constructing both residential homes and commercial properties throughout New York City, Westchester and Putnam counties in 1994. After years of experience, the company’s focus expanded to the Hamptons where Bencar began work on top-quality estates in various Hampton neighborhoods. The most recent projects include modern-style homes completed and sold in the beautiful area of Water Mill and several classic shingle-style gambrel homes within the Southampton area. All homes completed by Bencar are constructed with top craftsmanship, quality finishes, completed on schedule and feature many amenities. Previous constructions have included 11′ ceilings, large walk-in closets, natural light-filled spaces, exquisite kitchens, top-of-the-range appliances, gunite pools, pool houses, outdoor showers, and tennis and basketball courts.
